Hi all.
I'm still fairly new to Lightwright. Currently trying to work out how to visually show on the paperwork which way the looms go.
The venue I work at alot has dimmers the whole way up on both sides of the stage. Traditionally, when doing the paperwork for a show using excel, well colour the text. So RED is PS, and BLACK is OP. Is there a way of doing this in my Lightwright paperwork? I have recently been doing my paperwork on LW, copying and pasting into the excel sheet we use and then formatting from there.
Hopefully this makes sense to someone.
Cheers for reading.
Rob

What I have been doing for cable runs and looms with break points is enter the cable lengths with commas instead of plus signs between different lengths. This counts them separately, but also on states clerks will allow you to do "1 of 4," "2 of 4", etc.
So I stay consistent and my "1 of"s are always from the dimmer side and the higher parts get closer to the light.
That doesn't necessarily help you since it doesn't print on paperwork, but since I'm consistent, I add a note stating '1 of's start at dimmers. And I include my multi cable lengths on the circuit name paperwork.
