I haven't had to deal with this myself, yet. But I did have one thought.

Make the Source 4s (conventional and LED) Instruments as normal, but use the Accessories column to track the Lens Tubes. (or, if you prefer, make a new Lens Tube column.)

In the Accessories Maintenance List, use the Notes column to list the amount you have in inventory.
