My institution lost the person responsible for our license and it has expired and we need it back. I have sent two emails with all the information but I have heard nothing, not even a robo-response to let me know my email went through. Does it usually take this long to get a response from them?

Hello -- I'm also having this problem, and I don't see an alternative place to request support on the LW website aside from sending an email to support@lightwright.com. We've sent several emails over the past month or so. Please help.

Go to lightwright.com and from the Support menu choose the Report Bug option.
To get a new approval code at any time, go to lightwright.com and log into your account. Once you’re in, you can see your license and the current approval code. If it has expired, click the Renew button to generate a new one. While there, you can also update your contact info as needed.
