Anyone know if its possible to add the fixture mode from the maintenance sheet to labels? I could use one of the user fields but I'd have to input the info again in this field but it makes more sense to use the existing info in the maintenance window.
Thanks!

Unfortunately, as far as I know there's no way to do this. I do exactly as you suggested, set up a User column as ML Mode. It's not too much of a pain to re-enter, though. Just View all of one Instrument Type, select the entire column and type in the Mode once.
It seems to me there could be two ways to fix this in future patches, should John want to go this route.
1) Allow a Link between the maintenance list and a user column. It could work the same way Dip Switches work currently.
2) Allow the Label editor to discretely choose a data source for each Text Field rather than just the one Global choice for each label. (So the bulk of your data comes from the Worksheet, but you can choose a Maintenance List for one specific field.) I suspect that opens up a huge can of worms, code-wise.

I wish you could, that would be cool.
But again...there a separation between the maintenance list and the worksheet columns in the label editor.

I also would love to be able to extrapolate the fixture mode data from the maintenance profile. Currently, I do the same as others; user field called "Mode" and manually enter mode data. I believe I added a feature request a few months ago, so hopefully John will have time to get to new features soon.
