After I installed 2018 SP3 the Select in Vectorworks stopped working. Anyone else having issues?

I'm using 2018 SP3 now, and it's been working fine. Sometimes it may look like it doesn't do the selection if the light being selected isn't in a visible layer. Try running the command, hit Cmd+6 (zoom to selected objects), if you don't see anything then try turning layers on/off and use Cmd+6 until you find whatever you're looking for.
And of course, it won't work if Data Exchange itself isn't working because the .xml file is on Dropbox, or the file has been renamed, or an anti-virus utility is blocking read/writes to the .xml file.... etc.....

The following issues were happening at that point, but they were afterwards fixed accordingly.

Is the "SELECT IN VECTORWORKS" command gone in LW6.0.44  ? I can't find it anywhere! The Reference PDF still shows it in the Edit Menu... but I'm not seeing it. VW Exchange is working and updating. But as i'm using a venue plot where i deleted the old plot >>> i'm still seeing some of the old gear... but can't find it. ( ) Nor can I find the command! |

Edit/Select/Select in Vectorworks is still there, though it might be disabled in the current beta version just because there were some menu items that got broken during a recent round of behind-the-scenes work that is being done. Everything should be good for the next beta release. (Beta build 438)
