Hey everyone, how do i circuit labels they show; Circuit Name Circuit Number Fixture Number Instrument type"Circuit numbers aligned to the assigned fixture Numbers" I try it, but in the "current work sheet" column you can only do it with one of the "circuit ports". Is there any kind of offset? Thanks a lot

So you're looking to make a Label for the Multi head that shows information for all 6 Circuits?
The difficulty here is that labels are designed to pull information from only one Row at a time. I can only think of two ways to do this.
1) Create a series of User columns with the Channels and Fixture types of each circuit, then enter that information by hand in the Maintenance List. This would eat up 12 of your 24 User columns and, it goes without saying, would be tedious in the extreme.
2) Export your breakout information to Excel. Arrange it so each Circuit Name has all of the Circuit# info in one Row, then print those labels in Excel. Still tedious, but not quite as backbreaking as the first idea.
I'm curious to see what other people come up with for a solution.

I'm thinking you could do some sort of custom label size that is 1/6 the size of the label you want to create. You may have to use full sheet labels and cut them but it beats manual input. It would take some time to create and get right but you only have to do it once.

Looking at your drawing again I'd say the header would be the hard part. Maybe a separate label.

Custom label size will do what you want. Your essentially creating a label that will print 6 times on the 1 custom size label. You will definitely have to fill in all your spares of 1-6 or your offset will be off. (or just use John's hand dandy "populate spares" feature) The sort of your work sheet is the key.

jfreeman, Agreed, good call on the spares. That would definitely screw things up if you didn't account for those. To that same point any twofered units would have to be dealt with. I limit mine out with a user column when using powercon jumpers.
