How do I modify layout of the Instrument Schedule

Hello. 

I'm trying to print a pdf of an instrument schedule but when it actually gets to the pdf, it has columns I don't want like Address and each instrument takes two lines up and splits up the channel number between the two lines. I can't figure out how to reformat the layout so it will not show up this way once printed.
