When working in a TV studio I print labels for units in the grid that need to be read from the studio floor. Currently I can only go up to 96pt. I really want them to be more in the range of 144pt. Could font size be something that we enter manually instead of using a dropdown?
There seems to be a lot of padding on the top of text (especially at larger pt sizes) that makes it hard to get it centered vertically in a text box.

Agreed, there are a lot of times that I'd like some larger text.

This is the first I've heard from people who need labels with really large font sizes. It should be a really easy change, I'll see if I can maybe get it into version 6.0.30, which is the upcoming 64-bit release. It should be ready no later than LDI. If you'd like to try out the beta version (not ready yet, but soon), please file a bug report/feature request at www.mckernon.com, asking to be put on the beta list. Say whether you're on Mac or Windows, and what version of the operating system.
