I've just got my hands on a copy of LW6 and I've not found been able to find this info in the manual.
Is there a way of inputting my venue's Equipment list into a so called "base file" or theatre inventory to let me know when I'm running short of items? A form of limiting the amount of fixtures used I suppose so I know if the LD has gone over on his plan.
I'm not sure if I'm just not using the right lexicon to find it, but it seemed a likely feature to me!

Put the instrument types that are in inventory into Maintenance/Instrument Type, and enter the available quantity in the Qty column. The Live Count window will give you a running total that includes the # available vs. the # you are currently using.
