I have a question about complex units and patching. I love the ability to export my LW6 and import it in the console so seamlessly. Especially with the updates that allow linking devices this has made my life so much easier. There are, however, still a few little things that I am wondering if there is a good way to deal with, mostly around the area of atmospherics. If a designer plots a Radiance hazer, for example, it is a single unit in LW6. I would like this to remain this way, however, I often want to control that unit with 2 separate channels in the board (haze and fan controlled as dimmers instead of a profile). Is there a way to make a hybrid unit in LW that is only one fixture but 2 channels? Thanks!

The answer may lie in how LW handles Strip Lights. A three circuit Strip Light is marked as three units, A1, A2, A3. Each gets their own channel/dimmer but they are grouped together as one unit on the paperwork.
Take a quick look at the tutorial and you'll see what I mean.

Assume the haze is the regular worksheet row, so add an attribute list entry for the fan. That will automatically add another worksheet row to every Radiance on the worksheet. The two parts (original and .1) will be counted as a single light.
