You know what would be great for LW 7....
It would be awesome if in labels the header could be much bigger and include Sheet # of #, and the date.
That way when I print my labels and give them to the crew and they put them on , I am left with a record that they were done. An empty sheet with the Header info.

The header is already as big as it can possibly be. Avery labels are very tight to the top of the printable area, leaving only a very tiny bit of space for a header.
The Sheet # of # could be added, but if the space isn't available, that wouldn't show, either.

When I do labels outside of LW I'm able to print headers and sheet numbers on them no problem. I think LW is being a bit too conservative on the printable area/margins and that is reducing the area available to headers/footers too much.

I think LW is being a bit too conservative on the printable area/margins and that is reducing the area available to headers/footers too much. Lightwright gets the page size and available print area from the printer, and the location of the top edge of the first label from the Avery database. The resulting space is often less than 1/8". It depends on the printer, some have a large available print area. What printer are you using that can print headers and sheet numbers on them?

Brother HL-3075CW Here's a link to a PDF showing the Header and numbering etc: www.dropbox.com/s/d5y8ruyw4ah0dw8/SampleUnitLabels.pdf?dl=0This prints on Avery 5260 labels, which is the typical 1" x 2-5/8" (3 columns of 10 rows). There is a 1/2" margin top and bottom minus the .167" of printer dead space, leaves 1/3" for the Header.
