Would love to be able to create labels from maintenances list that separate items.
As an example, when creating labels for my color folders would love to not have labels that read L202+R132, L202+R119. I just want separate labels for L202,R132, R119.

Couldn't you just use Currently Selected Rows for your data instead of Rows Being Viewed?
I'm not at my LW computerto check, but I am pretty sure that when you use "L202+L132" in a field, it creates separate entries in the Maintenance List for L202 and L132. (In addition to the combined field. It makes Counting a chore sometimes, depending on if you're looking for Framed color or building a Cut List.)

The maintenance list does in fact store it as L202+R132. It's not until you use the counting utility that it separates it out.

Lightwright 5 doesn't separate L202+R132 until counting. Lightwright 6 always has separate entries in maintenance (at least since 6.0.7).

Check Setup/Vocabulary, make sure what you're entering in the color field matches what Vocabulary has for the color separator (and combined) character.

It sounds like you have L202+R132 selected in maintenance when you print the labels. Also, be sure Lightwright knows you want to use "+" as a color separator, so it can split L202+R132 up into two entries on the list.

Just revisting this cause I can't seem to get it to work, the way you are suggesting it should. I have attached a screen shot showing my color maintenance list and a preview of the labels. All the vocabulary is default except No Color is NC. Also not sure what you mean by Attachments:

(Set the "+" using Setup/Vocabulary, the "separate lists to count items individually with:" entry, if it isn't that way already.)
If you don't want labels printed for maintenance rows with the "+" in them, then open maintenance/color and select just the colors you want labels printed for, then go to Labels and select the option in labels to print selected maintenance list rows.

In your second screenshot (the labels) look at the two pop-up menus in the upper left corner. The topmost is Label Size, underneath that is Select: and you have All Rows chosen.
Go back to Select and choose Selected Rows Only (text might not be exactly that, but it's the only other choice.)
Then, as John says above, go to the maintenance list and select only the colors you want to print.
