How do I/can I create/edit custom schedules?
I am using a LW6 file for the space (so not created by me, and already contained a lot of information and formatting), and what I would like to do is have a copy of the instrument schedule that has slightly different columns/formatting - so still organized by position. To be clear, I would like a SEPARATE schedule as the copy, so that I basically have two types of instrument schedule that are slightly different without having to adjust every time I'm printing new paperwork. Is this possible?
Also, in both instrument schedules, I'm trying to change where the page breaks are. IE, if I have positions 1, 2, 3, 4 on page 1, I would want the page break after 3 and 4 starts page 2. I'm pretty sure I've heard someone say they've done this before...
Sorry if some of this is in the manual...could anyone actually give me a link to it? I can't seem to find it on the Lightwright website...
Using LW6 (6.0.17.192) on a Mac (Yosemite).
Thank you!

Also custom order of positions is something I'm trying to do. Like if I wanted them to appear as 1, 3 on page one and 2, 4 on page 2...

Sorry, figured that last part out myself. Initial questions still stand.

There is a link to the manual in the program under "help".
I am not sure I totally understand what you are asking...but have a look at layouts. You can Save the current layout, then change the layout of the instrument schedule...then save a different layout. That will save things like , columns, spacing, font size etc.

In the Layout tab, choose the Instrument Schedule paperwork, then click the + button to the right of the kind-of-papework popup menu. That will create a copy of the current paperwork, give it an appropriate name ("Alia's Instrument Schedule" or whatever). That will add your new paperwork to the menus, modify it as needed and save the Layout.
